广东省湛江市家用电器工业公司是一家拥有11家专业工厂,生产30多种家用电器,在全国拥有1,200多个联营销售点和120多个维修站的“跨省公司”。全公司职工从1972年的420人发展到现在的6,000多人。他们生产的“三角”牌光管支架,雄踞香港市场,“三角”牌电饭锅,畅销国内市场。该公司1979年工业产值只有600多万元,1983年激增到7,400多万元,增长6倍;1984年可达1.2亿元以上。从1979年到1983年,产值、利润、上缴税金均已翻了3番多。这些奇迹般的经济效益是怎样创造出来的呢?我们带着这个问题,访问了这家公司的经理李秀森同志。
Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, home appliances industry is a company with 11 professional factories, production of more than 30 kinds of household appliances, in the country has more than 1,200 joint sales points and more than 120 maintenance stations of the “inter-provincial company.” The company’s employees have grown from 420 in 1972 to more than 6,000 today. The “triangular” brand light pipe holders they produce are well-known in the Hong Kong market and the “triangular” brand rice cookers are selling well in the domestic market. The company’s industrial output value in 1979 was only over 6 million yuan, and it surged to more than 74 million yuan in 1983, an increase of 6 times; in 1984 it was more than 120 million yuan. From 1979 to 1983, the output value, profits, and taxes paid have all more than tripled. How have these miraculous economic benefits been created?
