间羧基偶氮氯膦(简称偶氮氯膦mK)是一种优良的铈组稀土显色剂,其结构式为: 该试剂曾用于低合金钢、球墨铸铁中稀土、矿石中钪、钨钍合金中钍的测定,但在土壤及植物体中铈组稀土总量的测定尚未见报道。本文研究在pH1.12~2.22HCl介质中,CPAmK与稀土生成蓝绿色络合物,最大吸收峰为660nm,试剂最大吸收峰为547nm,络合物摩尔吸光系数ε_(ce)=7.0×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),络合物的组成RE:CPAmK=1:3,在25ml内0~26μg铈符合比耳定律,络合物吸光度在室温下可稳定3h,並对常见共存离子进行干扰试验。本文拟定了通过提取浸取分离,以及加入过氧化氢、草酸、EDTA等掩蔽剂来消除干扰离子,不经分离直接光度
