目的通过测定孔源性视网膜脱离患者玻璃体腔碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)含量及复发性孔源性视网膜脱离(冷凝术后)患者玻璃体腔bFGF含量,探讨冷凝与bFGF的关系及其在增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)形成中的作用与可能的机制。方法两组病例均在玻璃体切除术前取原始玻璃体液,离心后取上清液,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附技术测定对照组34只眼和观察组28只眼玻璃体腔bFGF的含量。结果 (1)玻璃体液bFGF的含量:观察组PVR B级(7.99±1.41)ng/L,PVR C级(12.18±3.01)ng/L,PVR D级(19.45±4.10)ng/L;对照组PVR A级(3.57±1.28)ng/L,PVR B级(5.51±1.07)ng/L,PVR C级(8.32±1.45)ng/L,PVR D级(13.55±3.08)ng/L。(2)观察组与对照组相同PVR(PVR B级及以上)之间玻璃体腔bFGF含量差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。(3)观察组PVR B级与PVR C级及PVR C级与PVR D级玻璃体腔bFGF含量差异有统计学意义(P=0.003,P=0.014)。结论玻璃体腔bFGF含量与PVR的严重程度密切相关,冷凝可增加玻璃体腔bFGF的含量,过度冷凝可促进PVR的形成和进展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between bFGF and bFGF in vitreous cavity of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment and bFGF content in vitreous cavity in patients with recurrent rhegmatogenous retinal detachment Role and possible mechanism of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) formation. Methods The vitreous cavity bFGF content in vitreous cavity of 34 eyes of the control group and 28 eyes of the observation group was determined by vitrectomy before the vitrectomy. The supernatant was obtained after centrifugation. Results: (1) The content of bFGF in vitreous body: PVR grade B (PVR C grade 12.7 ± 3.01) ng / L and PVR D grade (19.45 ± 4.10) ng / L were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group PVR grade A (3.57 ± 1.28) ng / L, PVR grade B (5.51 ± 1.07) ng / L, PVR grade C (8.32 ± 1.45) ng / L and PVR D grade (13.55 ± 3.08) ng / L. (2) There was significant difference in vitreous cavity bFGF content between PVR group (PVR class B and above) in observation group and control group (all P <0.05). (3) There was significant difference in the content of bFGF in PVR B, PVR C, PVR C and PVR D vitreous in observation group (P = 0.003, P = 0.014). Conclusions The content of bFGF in vitreous cavity is closely related to the severity of PVR. Condensation can increase the content of bFGF in vitreous cavity. Condensation may promote the formation and progression of PVR.
