结合深圳地铁5号线工程建设,阐述限额设计在工程设计阶段有效控制投资的必要性。根据地铁工程建设投资的构成及4部分费用所占比重,论述设计阶段开展限额设计要掌握的要点和可采取的手段及措施。在地铁5号线工程限额设计中,采取优化车站规模、选择最优施工方法等6项措施,减少投资1.2149亿元,达到限额设计的目的。
Combined with the project construction of Shenzhen Metro Line 5, the necessity of effectively controlling the investment of quota design in the engineering design stage is expounded. According to the composition of the subway construction investment and the proportion of the cost of 4 parts, this paper discusses the main points to be taken in the design of quota and the measures and measures it can take. In the design of the project quota for Subway Line 5, six measures of optimizing the size of the station and choosing the optimal construction method were adopted to reduce the investment by RMB 121.49 billion to achieve the limit design.
