近年来,国际化发展趋势要求中国的企业集团不仅要加强自身建设和发展,而且必须高度重视企业集团的管理和公司治理问题,以真正提高企业集团的核心竞争力。财务管理作为企业管理的重要组成部分,要在集团中发挥作用,就要创新管理观念、明确理财目标、构筑一套与理财环境相适应、与战略目标相适应,相辅相成的财务管理体系。
