为了尽可能地规避投资中的风险,建立一套完善的风险投资退出机制不仅必要而且可行。其退出途径有公开发行上市、兼并收购、管理层收购、清算破产等几种方式。同时,在二板市场和场外市场的设立上,应逐步完善,以求为风险投资退出机制的有效运行营造良好的氛围。
