目的 :探讨 b FGF复合膜对肌桥桥接神经后的再生效果的影响。方法 :在自体肌桥缝接缺损神经处置入 b FGF复合膜并通过组织学和图像分析等方法对兔正中神经缺损后再生的组织结构进行比较观察。结果 :实验侧再生神经纤维的数量及平均直径均明显大于对照侧 ,具有显著性差异。与对照侧比较 ,实验则再生神经纤维的髓鞘较厚 ,着色较深。实验侧桥接段再生神经纤维间的胶原纤维比对照侧的少。结论 :在自体肌桥缝接神经处置入 b FGF复合膜 ,可以提高肌桥桥接缺损神经的再生效果
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of bFGF composite membrane on the regeneration effect after the bridge of the muscle bridge. Methods: The bFGF composite membrane was implanted into the autonomic myasthenia grafts, and the histological changes of the regenerated tissues after median nerve injury in rabbits were observed by histological and image analysis methods. Results: The number and average diameter of regenerated nerve fibers on the experimental side were significantly larger than those on the control side, with significant differences. Compared with the control side, the experimental regenerative nerve fibers thicker myelin, coloration darker. Experimental side of the bridging section of regenerated nerve fibers between the collagen fibers less than the control side. Conclusion: The bFGF composite membrane can be improved in the autonomic myasthenia grafts, which can improve the regenerative effect of the bridging defect in the muscle bridge
