分析了西安市现有体育馆的现状。结果表明 :经过多年建设 ,体育场馆在数量上已具备了一定优势 ,并形成了以学校场馆为骨干 ,各类场馆齐全的格局 ,在开发利用上也积累了一定的经验。但也还存在着利用效率不高 ,重复建设严重 ,利用无序化 ,维持困难 ,发展受限制等问题。因此 ,笔者提出了理顺管理体制 ,提高利用率 ,制止重复建设 ,为体育服务 ,多方筹资维持与发展的建议 ,为进一步提高场馆质量和利用率提供理论依据。
The current status of Xi’an Gymnasium is analyzed. The result shows that after many years of construction, the stadiums and gymnasiums have had certain advantages in terms of quantity, and have formed the pattern that the school stadiums are the backbone and all kinds of venues are complete. They have also accumulated some experience in the development and utilization. However, there are still some problems such as inefficient utilization, serious duplication of construction, the use of disorder, the maintenance of difficulties and limited development. Therefore, the author puts forward suggestions to rationalize the management system, improve the utilization rate, stop the redundant construction, serve sports and raise funds for the maintenance and development, and provide a theoretical basis for further improving the quality and utilization rate of venues.
