本文以胆酸为指标,采用薄层扫描法对胆南星及其制剂进行了检查,方法快速简便、专属性强。提出以胆酸的限量检查做为胆南星加工炮制的一项质量控制指标。
In this paper, the bile acid as an indicator, the use of thin-layer scanning method for the inspection of bile Nanxing and its preparation, the method is quick and easy, and the specificity is strong. A limited quality check of cholic acid was proposed as a quality control indicator for processing of gallstone.
