目的比较FBG、糖尿病危险积分(DRS)表、HbA1c筛查T2DM及IGT的效果。方法选取研究对象458名,采集FBG、填写DRS表,1周后行OGTT并测定HbA1c及血脂4项。结果当筛查T2DM时,FBG切点为5.6mmol/L,DRS切点为9分,HbA1c切点为5.8%。HbA1c筛查效果较好,敏感性为74.36%,特异性为81.55%。当筛查T2DM及IGT时,FBG切点为5.8mmol/L,DRS切点为9分,HbA1c切点为5.9%。DRS筛查效果较好,敏感性为70.31%,特异性为79.37%。结论与FBG和DRS相比,HbA1c筛查T2DM的效果较好,HbA1c及FBG不适用于普查T2DM及IGT,而DRS用于普查T2DM及IGT的效果较好。
Objective To compare the effects of FBG, diabetes risk score (DRS), HbA1c in screening T2DM and IGT. Methods 458 subjects were selected, FBG was collected, DRS table was filled in, OGTT was performed one week later and HbA1c and 4 lipids were measured. Results When T2DM was screened, the cut point of FBG was 5.6mmol / L, the cut point of DRS was 9 and the cut point of HbA1c was 5.8%. HbA1c screening effect is better, the sensitivity was 74.36%, the specificity was 81.55%. When screening for T2DM and IGT, the cut point of FBG was 5.8mmol / L, the cut point of DRS was 9 and the cut point of HbA1c was 5.9%. DRS screening effect is good, the sensitivity was 70.31%, the specificity was 79.37%. Conclusions Compared with FBG and DRS, HbA1c is more effective in screening T2DM, HbA1c and FBG are not suitable for screening T2DM and IGT, while DRS is better for screening T2DM and IGT.
