目的分析光照和中医补肾方药对小鼠血褪黑素(melatonin,MT)浓度时间序列数据的影响。方法昆明种小鼠384只,雌雄各半。雌、雄各按体重随机分为4组,48只,分别在正常明暗周期、正常明暗周期+药物、异常明暗周期、异常明暗周期+药物4种条件下喂养,绘制时间序列图,对各时间点进行双因素析因设计资料方差分析,制成各组数据拟合时间序列模型。结果对于雌鼠,异常明暗周期条件下的MT峰移动约6 h,额外光照干扰了MT分泌节律;药物提高MT峰分泌量;光照和药物交互作用部分调节MT分泌量,但对分泌节律无影响。对于雄鼠,额外光照未干扰MT分泌节律;药物提高MT峰分泌量;光照和药物交互作用未调节MT分泌量和分泌节律。结论方药对不同性别小鼠作用不同,均有增加MT分泌量的作用,但调节分泌节律作用不明显。额外光照对雌鼠MT分泌节律干扰大;光照和药物交互作用更适合于雌鼠。
Objective To analyze the effects of light and Chinese medicine Bushen recipe on the time series data of melatonin (MT) in mice. Methods Kunming mice 384, male and female. Male and female were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight, 48, respectively, in the normal light and dark cycle, the normal light and dark cycle + drug, abnormal light and dark cycle, abnormal light and dark cycle + drug feeding under four conditions, time series, Point analysis of factorial design data analysis of variance, made of each data fitting time series model. Results For female rats, the MT peak shifted in abnormal light and dark cycle for about 6 h, extra light interfered with the secretion of MT; the drug increased the secretion of MT peak; the interaction between light and drug partially regulated the secretion of MT, but had no effect on the secretion rhythm . For male rats, extra light did not interfere with MT secretion rhythm; the drug increased MT peak secretion; light and drug interactions did not regulate MT secretion and secretion rhythm. Conclusion Different prescriptions have different effects on mice of different genotypes, which can increase the secretion of MT, but the effect of regulating secretion rhythm is not obvious. Extra light on female MT secretion rhythm interference; light and drug interactions more suitable for female rats.
