校长负责制作为一种学校管理制度,已经实施了20余年,而本文作者在这一制度下从事的教师工作恰好也有20余年了,而且他亲身经历了3所公立学校9任校长的管理过程,就他所在的地区和本文所涉及的范围而言,他了解校长负责制的现实情况。这与一些应然的政策性“文本”和出版物上的宣传显然是有差异的,而且更为重要的是,在研究期间,作者养成了时而用统计学上“代表性”的方式来实证(有时是纠正)这一制度在学校施行中的某些结论,时而用解释现象学的方法去挖掘教师们与包括作者在内的一些典型“受管理”事例中的印象。因此,作者已经具备了研究这一课题的基本条件。
The principal is responsible for the production of a school management system that has been in place for more than 20 years. The author’s teacher work under this system happens to be more than 20 years old, and he has personally experienced the management process of 9 principals of 3 public schools. As far as his area and the scope of this article are concerned, he understands the reality of the principal’s responsibility system. This is obviously different from some of the policy-based “texts” and publicity in publications, and more importantly, during the research period, the authors cultivated and used statistically “representative” methods. Empirical (sometimes corrective) certain conclusions of the system in school implementation, sometimes using the method of interpreting phenomenology to excavate the impressions of teachers and some typical “managed” cases including the author. Therefore, the author already has the basic conditions for studying this subject.
