国有股减持真可谓好事多磨、一波三折。先是财政部部长项怀诚在一次研讨会上小心翼翼地透出口风:减持国有股充实社保基金的有关方案既定,不久将正式公布。这似乎有点投石问路的味道。然而,当闻风而动的记者动用各种社会关系打探虚实时,财政部大大小小的官员却以“不好谈、不便谈”为拖辞拒绝接受采访。直到减持方案水落石出,这些官员们仍在跟记者玩“深沉”。与官员的过于严谨有所不同,早在方案出台以前,有关专家已经将关注的视点瞄准国有股减持——
