本文分析了精密仪制造工业用的小模数齿轮非接触检查法的优点。介绍了数字式单项误差检查仪器的方框图。为了保证在测量过程完全自动化的情况下,获得高精度和高效率,本文提出了小齿轮非接触综合检查法。
This article analyzes the advantages of non-contact inspection of small module gears used in precision instrument manufacturing. The block diagram of the digital single error checking instrument is introduced. In order to guarantee the high precision and high efficiency under the circumstance that the measurement process is fully automated, this paper presents a pinion non-contact comprehensive inspection method.
