提出了一种新的用机械滚压技术来处理304不锈钢表面的方法,研究了不同环境下该技术对材料表面组织结构及硬度的影响。结果表明,与液氮环境相比,室温空气环境下经过表面机械滚压处理的试样表面晶粒更细化。随着距离表面深度的增加,试样硬度降低,但均高于未经滚压的样品。表面机械处理过程中形成的机械孪晶、残余应力以及大量形变马氏体是试样硬度提升的主要原因。
A new method of treating the surface of 304 stainless steel by mechanical rolling technology was proposed. The effect of this technology on the structure and hardness of the surface of the material under different environments was studied. The results show that compared with the liquid nitrogen environment, the grain size of the surface of the sample after mechanical rolling at room temperature is finer. As the depth from the surface increases, the hardness of the sample decreases, but both are higher than the non-rolled sample. The mechanical twins, residual stresses and a large amount of deformed martensite formed during the surface mechanical treatment are the main reasons for the hardness increase of the sample.
