中国法制史案例教学法是教师通过研究中国古代历史上发生的案件和国内专家对中国法制史案件的评析来引导学生掌握中国法制史基本原理的一种教学方法。在中国法制史教学中引入案例教学法有助于培养学生的民主法制理念与综合思维能力,树立学生的民主法制信仰。围绕案例教学法在中国法制史教学中的作用和在中国法制史教学中使用案例教学应注意的事项两个问题,对案例教学进行论述和分析,希望对中国法制史的教学有所帮助。
The Case Teaching Method of Chinese Legal History is a teaching method by which teachers can guide students to master the basic principles of Chinese legal history by studying the cases that occurred in ancient Chinese history and the comments of domestic experts on Chinese legal history cases. The introduction of case teaching method in the teaching of Chinese legal history helps to cultivate students ’concept of democracy and legal system and comprehensive thinking ability, and establishes the students’ beliefs of democracy and legal system. Focusing on the role of case teaching in the teaching of Chinese legal history and the issues that should be noticed in using case teaching in the teaching of Chinese legal history, this paper discusses and analyzes case teaching in the hope that it will be helpful to the teaching of Chinese legal history.
