目的:观察并探讨肾康注射液配合益肾元方治疗糖尿病肾病临床效果及安全性。方法:选取本院2009年3月—2011年5月收治糖尿病肾病患者187例,随机分为两组,其中对照组94例,采用常规综合治疗措施,,包括降糖药物服用、糖尿病饮食控制、运动疗法及健康教育等;实验组93例,在对照组治疗基础上,加用肾康注射液以及益肾元方;治疗结束后评价并比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组患者临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);实验组患者中医症候积分,UAER、TG及TC等实验室指标较对照组与治疗前均明显降低,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);同时治疗过程中未有明显不良反应发生。结论:肾康注射液配合益肾元方治疗糖尿病肾病临床效果确切,能够有效缓解患者临床症状,改善肾功能,且不良反应少。
Objective: To observe and explore the clinical effect and safety of Shenkang injection in combination with Yishen-yuan prescription in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: A total of 187 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, of which 94 patients in the control group were treated with conventional comprehensive treatment, including antidiabetic drugs, diabetic diet control, Exercise therapy and health education; experimental group of 93 cases, based on the control group, plus Shen Kang injection and Yishen Yuan Fang; after the end of treatment to evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in both groups. Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The laboratory symptom scores of TCM symptoms, UAER, TG and TC in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group and before treatment (P <0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in the course of treatment at the same time. Conclusion: Shenkang injection combined with Yishenfang prescription has definite clinical effect in treating diabetic nephropathy, which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve renal function, with less adverse reactions.
