1980年11月下旬,我们从一个公社农机站找了一台L-5-35牵引重型五铧犁,做了耕地阻力测试。犁用东方红—60拖拉机牵引,Ⅰ档作业,耕深24厘米,作业地块土壤为壤土,土壤湿度22%。这台犁的技术状态较差,主要问题是:牵引线调整不当,尾轮调整不正确,犁侧板和犁铧磨损严重。犁侧板同标准的犁侧板比较,长度磨损了15毫米,宽度磨损了10毫米,厚度磨损了2毫米。犁铧同标准的犁铧比较,铧刃长磨损70毫米,宽磨损35毫米。这台犁在耕地测试中,实际总幅宽1.89米,牵引阻力2100公斤,每小时耗油7.4公斤。这台犁换上了新犁铧,进行了第二次测试。总幅宽降至1.85米,阻力减为2000公斤,每小时耗油降至7.1公斤。
In late November 1980, we found a L-5-35 heavy-duty five-plow plow from a commune agricultural machine station and conducted a farmland resistance test. Plow with Dongfanghong -60 tractor traction, Ⅰ file operations, deep 24 cm, soil loam soil plots, soil moisture 22%. The plow’s technical state is poor, the main problems are: improper traction lead adjustment, tail wheel adjustment is not correct, plow plowshare and heavy wear and tear. The plow side panels wear 15 mm in length, 10 mm in width, and 2 mm in thickness compared to standard plow side panels. This plow in cultivated land test, the actual total width of 1.89 meters, traction resistance 2100 kg, 7.4 kg per hour fuel consumption. The plow replaced the new plowshare, for the second test. The total width dropped to 1.85 meters, drag reduced to 2000 kg, hourly fuel consumption dropped to 7.1 kg.
