课改实验以来,教学方式正发生着根本性的变化。但是,教师专业发展水平始终制约着课改实验的推进。上犹县教育局从构建学校学习型组织、打造书香校园、倡导学习化教育生活入手,浓厚学习型学校文化氛围,建设学习型班子、学习型教研组,引领着教师的教育生活,实现以专业发展任务为驱动,落实个人学习、专业发展计划,彰显“在学习的情景中生活”的新课程价值,提升教师教育素养的目标,呈现出了新课程新课堂的生命活力。
