本文探讨临床护理路径在慢性肾衰竭非透析期患者中的应用效果,为慢性肾衰竭非透析期患者的护理提供临床实践参考依据。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选取2016年1~12月本院收治的120例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,所有患者均为尿毒症早期,尚不需要透析治疗。根据随机原则将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,对照组:男36例,女24例;年龄35~65岁,平均(41.18±3.36)岁;疾病类型:高血压肾病23例,糖尿病肾病
This article discusses the application of clinical nursing pathways in non-dialysis patients with chronic renal failure, and provides reference for the clinical practice of patients with chronic renal failure who are not undergoing dialysis. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data selected 120 cases of chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from January to December 2016 as the object of study, all patients are early uremia, no dialysis treatment is still not required. According to the principle of randomness, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group.
