在今年全国性企业家“4·21”活动日之时,河北省企业家协会在石家庄组织了全省国有大中型企业。部分乡镇企业、私营企业和三资企业的近百名厂长经理,就搞好国有企业进行了研讨。省政府顾问宋叔华和省体改委主任王东进以及省直有关部门和省企业家协会的负责同志到会讲话。与会同志就政企分开、为企业创造平等竞争条件、探索改革新路子、提高企业管理水平等方面的问题发表了意见。
At the time of this year’s National Entrepreneur “4.21” event day, the Hebei Provincial Entrepreneurs Association organized a large and medium-sized state-owned enterprise in Shijiazhuang. Nearly 100 director managers of some township and village enterprises, private enterprises, and foreign-funded enterprises carried out discussions on state-owned enterprises. Song Shuhua, advisor of the provincial government, and Wang Dongjin, director of the Provincial Economic Reform Commission, and responsible comrades of the provincial departments and the provincial entrepreneurs association attended the meeting. The participating comrades expressed their opinions on the separation of government and enterprises, creating equal competition conditions for enterprises, exploring new ways of reform, and improving the level of corporate management.
