目的:分析孕期营养指导与妊娠合并症发生的相关性。方法:本次研究共对97例孕妇资料做回顾性分析,对照组孕妇未实施孕期营养指导,观察组孕妇实施了孕期营养指导。对两组孕妇的妊娠期并发症以及不良妊娠结局进行观察和对比。结果:实施了孕期营养指导的小组出现妊娠合并症4例,妊娠合并症发生率为7.7%,不良结局共出现2例;而未实施孕期营养指导的小组出现妊娠合并症10例,妊娠合并症发生率为22.2%,不良结局共出现6例。结论:孕期营养指导能为孕妇和胎儿提供足够的营养支持,有效减少了妊娠合并的出现,降低了巨大儿、低质量儿、畸形儿的出生率。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between nutritional guidance during pregnancy and pregnancy complications. Methods: A total of 97 pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed in this study. Pregnant women in the control group were not given nutritional guidance during pregnancy, and pregnant women in the observation group were given nutritional guidance during pregnancy. On the two groups of pregnant women, pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes were observed and compared. Results: In the pregnancy-induced nutrition group, 4 cases of pregnancy complications occurred, the incidence of pregnancy complications was 7.7%, and the adverse outcomes were found in 2 cases. In the group without nutritional guidance during pregnancy, 10 cases of pregnancy complications and pregnancy complications The incidence was 22.2%, adverse outcomes occurred in 6 cases. Conclusion: Nutritional guidance during pregnancy can provide adequate nutritional support for pregnant women and fetuses, effectively reducing the incidence of pregnancy complications, and reducing the birth rates of huge children, low quality children and deformed children.
