他1964年创业,46年从业历程,上市13周年,6次扩厂。其事业遍及香港、东莞、澳门、美国、印尼,在中国大陆拥有10万平方米厂房,7000余名员工。他是中华海外联谊会理事、广东省国际商会副理事长、广东外商投资企业协会常务理事、东莞市外商投资企业协会名誉会长、东莞市归国华侨联合会荣誉主席、肇庆市和东莞市荣誉市民、江西省和东莞市政协常委,他又是美国加州哈姆斯顿大学荣誉博士、2005年“世界杰出华人”、亚洲知识管理协会院士。他,就是香港龙昌国际控股有限公司主席梁麟。61岁的梁先生,笑起来依然童真,依然开心,其神采奕奕、气宇轩昂、思维清晰、目光炯炯、步履矫健,颇具企业领袖气质,“开心领袖”的雅号便这样传开了。
He started his career in 1964, 46 years of business history, the thirteenth anniversary of listing, expansion of 6 times. Its operations in Hong Kong, Dongguan, Macau, the United States, Indonesia, in mainland China has 100,000 square meters plant, more than 7,000 employees. He is the director of China Overseas Friendship Association, vice chairman of Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce, standing director of Guangdong Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, Honorary President of Dongguan Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, honorary chairman of Dongguan Returning Overseas Chinese Federation, honorary chairman of Zhaoqing City and Dongguan City Citizen, member of CPPCC of Jiangxi Province and Dongguan City. He is also an honorary doctor of Harvard University of California, USA, 2005 “outstanding Chinese in the world” and academician of Asian Knowledge Management Association. He is the chairman of Hong Kong Lung Cheong International Holdings Limited Liang Lin. 61-year-old Mr. Liang, still laughing and still innocent, still happy, his spirits, imposing appearance, clear thinking, eyes bright, vigorous, quite corporate leadership qualities, “happy leader ” nickname so spread.
