目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术中直肠冲洗治疗对预后的影响。方法选取周口市人民医院2012年7月至2013年7月收治的60例低位直肠癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分成A组与B组,A组26例患者给予单纯保肛手术进行治疗,B组34例患者在保肛手术治疗过程中给予直肠冲洗,观察两组临床效果。结果两组患者手术后近期临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后随访过程中,B组患者局部复发率较A组小,生存率较A组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予低位直肠癌保肛手术患者术中直肠冲洗治疗能够提高手术效果,降低术后局部复发率,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of rectal irrigation on the prognosis of low rectal cancer during anal sphincter preservation surgery. Methods Totally 60 low rectal cancer patients from July 2012 to July 2013 in Zhoukou Municipal People’s Hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into A group and B group. A group of 26 patients were given simple anal sphincter preservation surgery, 34 patients in group B were treated with rectal irrigation during the operation of anal sphincter preservation. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups after operation (P> 0.05). During follow-up, the local recurrence rate in group B was smaller than that in group A, and the survival rate was higher than that in group A (P <0.05). Conclusion Intraoperative rectal flushing for patients with anorectal surgery for low rectal cancer can improve the surgical results, reduce the local recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients, which deserves promotion in clinical application.
