鞍钢高热值煤气(如焦炉煤气)紧缺,而低热值煤气过剩。现在,鞍钢烧结总厂与齐大山选矿厂共79座还原炉使用高发热值(7.1~8.0MJ/m~3)混合煤气,有些浪费,笔者建议改用高炉煤气生产。这样做有两个好处:一是可以置换焦炉煤气,二是可将放散掉的高炉煤气回收,具有经济意义。为了说明这一建议的可行性,文内还叙述了包头、酒泉钢铁公司的成功经验。

There are two benefits to doing this: one is the replacement of coke oven gas, and the other is the recovery of blast furnace gas that has been released. This is of economic significance. In order to illustrate the feasibility of this proposal, the article also describes Baotou, Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company’s successful experience.
