目的 :通过羟乙基芦丁氯化钠注射液对鲎试剂的干扰试验 ,确定细菌内毒素检查法检测羟乙基芦丁注射液中细菌内毒素的可行性。方法 :按中国药典 2 0 0 0年版规定进行试验操作。结果 :将羟乙基芦丁氯化钠注射液 2～ 4倍稀释后可以排除干扰因素。结论 :用灵敏度 2 5 0EU·L-1的鲎试剂对羟乙基芦丁氯化钠注射液进行细菌内毒素检测是可行的
OBJECTIVE: To determine the feasibility of bacterial endotoxin test for detecting bacterial endotoxin in hydroxyethyl rutin injection by the interference test of hydroxyethyl rutin sodium chloride injection. Methods: The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 edition of the provisions of the test operation. Results: The hydroxyethyl rutin sodium chloride injection diluted 2 to 4 times to exclude interference factors. Conclusion: It is feasible to detect bacterial endotoxin in hydroxyethyl rutin sodium chloride injection with 250 μL · L-1 of sensitivity
