本文利用切削力及振动加速度作为特征信号,研究了车削细长轴时,切削过程由平稳切削状态逐渐进入失稳状态的过渡过程中,特征信号的变化,提出应用颤振特征频带方差或均方值可以有效地对颤振预兆进行识别。
In this paper, cutting force and vibration acceleration are taken as the characteristic signals to study the change of characteristic signals during the transition from the steady cutting state to the unstable state when turning the slender shaft.
