为贯彻《上海中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010~2020)》精神,落实《上海市中等职业教育师资培养培训行动计划(2011~2015)》(沪教委职(2011)16号)文件中提出的培养一批具有国际视野、善于借鉴国际先进职教办学模式的中职校长和教师的要求,进一步推进上海职业教育的国际化,上海市教委采取“走出去、请进来”的办法,不断加大上海市中等职业教育的国际交流与合作,通过海外研修计划造就了一批在学校管理和教学中发挥引领示范作用、在国内具有影响力的名校长、名教师。
