文章从监狱的概念入手,分析了监狱管理工作的双重特殊性。文章概述了监狱管理工作的历史回顾、转轨、构成和存在的主要问题,指出监狱必须依法管理罪犯,有效地促进罪犯的改造,从而提高罪犯的教育改造质量。文章在此基础上结合管理心理学理论,提出笔者的观点。文章指出,在日常的监狱管理工作中应运用好管理心理学中的冰山理论、马斯洛的需要层次理论、群体心理与行为理论和权变理论。
Starting with the concept of prison, the article analyzes the dual specialty of prison management. The article outlines the historical review, transition, formation and existing problems of prison administration. It points out that prisons must manage the criminals according to law and effectively promote the transformation of criminals so as to improve the quality of criminals’ education reform. On this basis, the article combined with the theory of management psychology, put forward the author’s point of view. The article points out that Iceberg theory in management psychology, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, group psychology and behavior theory and contingency theory should be applied in daily prison management.
