目的 :探讨 CD4 4v6 和 nm 2 3在肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 5 1例肺癌组织中 CD4 4v6 和 nm2 3的表达情况 ,并分析其临床意义。结果 :在 5例类癌和 4例小细胞肺癌 (SCL C)中未见 CD4 4v6 表达。在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCL C)中 ,≤ 6 0岁和 >6 0岁组 CD4 4v6 的阳性率分别为 84 .0 %和 2 9.4 % ,两组间差异有非常显著性 (χ2 =12 .79;P<0 .0 1) ,低分化癌和高中分化癌中 CD4 4v6 的阳性率分别为 87.0 %和 31.6 % ,两组间差异有显著性 (χ2 =13.5 3,P<0 .0 1) ;有和无淋巴结转移组 CD4 4v6 的阳性率分别为 73.3%和 33.3% ,两组间差异有显著性 (χ2 =5 .82 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;鳞癌和腺癌中 CD4 4v6 的阳性率分别为 85 .7%和 5 0 .0 % ,两组间差异有显著性 (χ2 =5 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;nm2 3在腺癌和鳞癌中的阳性率分别为 6 4 .3%和 14 .3% ,两组间差异有显著性 (χ2 =9.35 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :CD4 4v6 可反映 NSCL C的生物学特性 ,是预测其侵袭转移潜能和预后的指标。nm2 3能否作为肺癌的预后指标尚待扩大样本深入研究
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of CD4 4v6 and nm 2 3 in lung cancer. Methods : Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD4 4v6 and nm2 3 in 51 cases of lung cancer, and its clinical significance was analyzed. RESULTS: There was no expression of CD4 4v6 in 5 cases of carcinoid and 4 cases of small cell lung cancer (SCL C). In non-small cell lung cancer (NSCL C), the positive rate of CD4 4v6 was 84.0% and 29.4% in the ≤60 years and >60 years groups, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (χ2=12. 79; P<0.01), the positive rates of CD4 4v6 in poorly differentiated and high differentiated cancer were 87.0% and 31.6%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (χ2=13.53, P<0.01). The positive rates of CD4 4v6 in patients with and without lymph node metastasis were 73.3% and 33.3%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 5.82, P<0.05); CD4 in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma The positive rate of 4v6 was 85.7% and 50.0%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 5.0, P<0.05); nm23 was found in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. The positive rates were 64.3% and 14.3%, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (χ2=9.35, P<0.01). Conclusion : CD4 4v6 can reflect the biological characteristics of NSCL C, and it is an index to predict its invasion metastasis potential and prognosis. Whether nm2 3 can be used as a prognostic indicator of lung cancer remains to be further studied
