自古有萤火虫或某些发光细菌的化学发光现象。次氯酸钠和过氧化氢的反应也有此现象。近年来为了提高分析手段的选择性和灵敏度,对化学发光进行了广泛研究,已研制了几种用于高速液相色谱仪上的喷雾化学发光检测器。
Since ancient times there are fireflies or some luminescent bacteria chemiluminescence phenomenon. The reaction of sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide also has this phenomenon. In recent years, chemiluminescence has been extensively studied in order to improve the selectivity and sensitivity of analytical methods, and several spray chemiluminescence detectors for high-speed liquid chromatography have been developed.
