从管理理念提升、平台构建、信息化建设三个方面提出了关于改进大学生思想政治教育工作的几点思考。提出了学生工作的目标体系、管理理念、学管人员的培养理念,对大学生思想政治教育平台构建中的主渠道与日常学管工作结合的问题提出了一些思考,同时结合武汉电力职业技术学院学生管理信息化工作实践,提出了大学生思想政治教育效果监测信息化的构想。
This paper puts forward some thoughts on how to improve the ideological and political education for college students from the aspects of management idea promotion, platform construction and information construction. Puts forward some suggestions on the target system, management idea and training concept of student management staff, puts forward some thoughts on the combination of the main channel and daily management work in the construction of ideological and political education platform for college students, and at the same time puts forward some suggestions for the combination of the students of Wuhan Electric Power Vocational and Technical College Management of information technology practice, put forward the ideological and political education of university students to monitor the effect of information technology concept.
