对月经过期1—8天的70例要求催经止孕妇女,经HCG 放射免疫测定诊断36例为非孕闭经,34例为早孕。以上对象采用电动按摩子宫进行催经止孕。操作时持电摩器置于对象下腹部,紧贴子宫体按摩6分钟(振动力必须作用于子宫体、感到有宫缩),每隔2—3天一次,直至阴道流血止。结果,催经有效率为100%,止孕有效率为61.8%。电摩器催经止孕法简便、安全,但止孕效果有待进一步提高。
Seventy patients with menstrual periods of 1-8 days require reminders of pregnant women, 36 cases diagnosed by HCG radioimmunoassay as non-pregnant amenorrhea, 34 cases of early pregnancy. The above objects using electric massage uterus to promote cessation of pregnancy.
