我国经济的快速发展导致社会人文的急速进步,文化进入空前的繁荣时期,是我国目前经济繁荣昌盛的必然体现。公理论和实践相脱节,使得很多公共图书馆的免费开放有一定的局限性。为了解决这个问题,本人希望能够就公共图书馆免费开放的理论进行一定的思考,在此基础上,梳理相关的理论,与实践紧密联系,从而最终促进我国公共图书馆免费开放,为广大人民群众提供更好的服务。
The rapid economic development in our country has led to the rapid progress of humanity in our society and the unprecedented prosperity of our culture. This is an inevitable manifestation of our current prosperity. Male theory and practice are out of touch, making a lot of public libraries free of charge has some limitations. In order to solve this problem, I hope to make some thoughts on the theory of free openness of public libraries. On this basis, I will sort out the related theories and practice closely to promote the openness of public libraries in our country for the benefit of the general public provide better service.
