This paper introduces the technological process of the Russian manufacturer for the deformation heat treatment of the welded oil casing and the results of various experiments on the welded oil casing after the heat treatment. The effect of deformation heat treatment on the quality of welded pipe was analyzed. Experimental analysis proves that the welded heat-treated, welded oil casing is very close in mechanical properties and the like to the same heat-treated seamless casing
