企业党建与公司治理是两种完全不同的概念,这两种概念在公司并存时,能否和谐发展是当今中国普遍存在的问题。根据专业的角度分析认为,企业党建与公司治理的和谐发展是必要且可行的。本文首先是论述了企业党建与公司治理的内涵,最后结合实际情况提出企业党建与公司治理的融合策略。
Enterprise party building and corporate governance are two completely different concepts. When these two companies coexist, the two concepts can be developed harmoniously in China today. According to the professional analysis, it is necessary and feasible to establish a harmonious development between corporate party building and corporate governance. This article first discusses the connotation of party building and corporate governance in enterprises, and finally puts forward the integration strategy of party building and corporate governance in the light of the actual conditions.
