采用无量纲参数推导了激光三角位移计中PSD两种不同位置取向时各参数对分辨率和测量范围的影响,用数值方法计算了接收透镜接收的光能的质心线角住置,指出:上述两种情况下,视角的大小时分辨率有相反的影响。并比较了这两种情况下激光三角位移计的分辨率和测量范围。因采用无量纲参数,所得结论对三角位移的设计及实际应用有普遍意义。
The dimensionless parameters were used to deduce the influence of each parameter on the resolution and measuring range of the laser trigonometric displacement meter in two different positions. The numerical method was used to calculate the centroid angle of light received by the receiving lens. It is pointed out that: In both cases, the size-of-view resolution has the opposite effect. The resolution and measuring range of the laser triangulation displacement gauge are compared in these two cases. Due to the dimensionless parameters, the conclusion is of universal significance for the design and practical application of the triangular displacement.
