时代发展以及社会进步,在该种环境背景之下国家一方面重视农业以及工业发展,另一方面也重视教育教学的深化改革,可以说教育改革关乎到人才培养,更关乎国家长远发展,对于高校而言更加需要将各个学科予以调整,体育课程作为高校重要构成部分,将体育教学从功利追求转变为强调体育权益的有效保障较为重要,本文基于此就高校体育课实际改革要求进行着手分析,之后对体育课实际改革进行思考,以期为后续关于高校体育课程方面研究提供理论上的参考。

Based on this, this paper analyzes the actual reform requirements of physical education in colleges and universities, Considering the actual reform of physical education, with a view to providing theoretical reference for the follow-up research on physical education in colleges and universities.
