小儿神经母细胞瘤严重危害儿童的健康,放射免疫显像方法为肿瘤的早期诊断提供依据。利用杂交瘤技术制备抗神经母细胞瘤单克隆抗体,用“预锡”直接标记法标上~(99m)Tc,在荷人神经母细胞移植瘤裸鼠体内获得肿瘤的放射免疫显像,并计算各脏器的 ID%和 T/NT 值。结果显示单克隆抗体的标记率达97%,免疫活性为85%,标记的单抗在裸鼠瘤体内随时间延长呈浓聚趋势,瘤体显像渐趋明显,ID%值上升,而其它组织的 ID%值则下降,T/NT 值升高。对照组则无此现象。说明研制的抗神经母细胞瘤单克隆抗体标上~(99m)Tc 后对荷人神经母细胞移植瘤有定位显像作用。
