1996年,在这“九五”计划的第一年,我们电力部杭州机械设计研究所迎来了她的不惑之年.40年来,我所在党的科技政策的指引下,在上级领导部门的亲切关怀下,所的规模不断扩大.目前已拥有200余名专业技术人员,其中有80余名高级工程师、8名教授级高工、6名享受国家特殊津贴的专家;研究所的专业门类也越来越广,从当年只能从事一般工程非标机械产品的设计发展到能从事机械、电气、厂房建筑设计,全国大中型水电站专用施工机械的设计以及水电站砂石料、砼系统施工布置设计,继而发展到今天又能从事水电、火电工程辅助设备,电站配套设备,风力发电设备以及冰储冷中央空调的系统设计.建所以来,先后有5个项目获得全国科技成果奖或国家科技进步奖,有20多个项目获得部级科技进步奖.40年来我所为水利电力建设事业作出了巨大的贡献,已有300多个设计产品使用在50多个水电、火电工程项目中.
