师资队伍建设是内涵建设的关键。然而,民办高职院校师资队伍建设过程中存在“民办”和“职教”性质带来的诸多问题,在政策、待遇上与公办高职院校具有较大的差距。积极探索师资队伍建设与培养的途径,制定教师队伍建设发展规划,是提升民办高职院校教育质量的突破口。
Teaching staff construction is the key to the connotation construction. However, there are many problems brought about by the “private-owned” and “vocational education” nature in the process of teaching staff construction in private higher vocational colleges. There is a big gap between the policy and the treatment and the government-run higher vocational colleges. Active exploration of the construction and training of teaching staff to develop the development and construction of teaching staff planning is to improve the quality of civilian-run higher vocational education breakthrough.
