本文对《苏东坡传》张振玉译文和宋碧云译文在语料库中词汇和句子层面的基本特征进行量化分析,旨在客观描述和对比其语言特征差异。经研究发现:1)宋译用词更为丰富,重复率较低;2)宋译受到英语名物化特征影响,比张译使用更多的名词,实词密度更高;3)张译更多地使用虚词,使语句间语法意义与逻辑关系更为明晰;4)张译在翻译过程中增加了原来隐含的信息,补充了略述的事物。研究表明,译者风格会对译文的语言特征产生一定的影响。
This paper quantitatively analyzes the basic characteristics of the translations of Zhang Zhenyu and Song Biyun in the corpus of the “Su Dongpo” lexicon and sentence level in order to objectively describe and contrast the differences in their linguistic features. The study found that: 1) the lyrics of Song translation are richer and the repetition rate is lower; 2) Song translation is influenced by the materialized features of English names, using more nouns than Zhang, Function words make the grammatical meaning and logical relationship between the clashes clearer; 4) Zhang translated the original implicit information in the process of translation, and added the things to be outlined. Research shows that the translator’s style will have a certain impact on the language features of the translation.
