近年来,我们应用丙酸睾丸酮和黄体酮治疗尿毒症20例,收到较为满意的近期疗效,这种方法极为简单,适合广大农村基层医疗单位应用。治疗方法:成年人每日肌肉注射丙酸睾丸酮和黄体酮各50毫克,30～40天为一疗程。同时注射复方冬眠灵2毫升,如果病人对复方冬眠灵很敏感,嗜唾较重,复方冬眠灵可用半量。对入院时有脱水酸中毒、尿毒症昏迷的病人,应用时配合补液,纠正酸中毒,调节水与电解质平衡。病例摘要:患者男,51岁。1979年8月5日入院,有18年肾炎病史。入院前半月开始感头晕、乏力、纳差,渐到不能进食,频繁恶心呕吐,
