目的 :研究比较几种胚胎组织中低分子抗癌活性肽协同中药有效成份抑制白血病细胞增殖的作用。方法 :采用噻唑蓝法 (MTT) ,测定四种人胚胎活性肽协同三种中药多糖作用于P388白血病培养细胞的抑癌率。结果 :不同的人胚胎组织低分子活性肽对P388白血病细胞具有不同的抑制作用 ,其中胎脑肽抑癌率为 74 16 % ,胎肝肽为 71 81% ,胎脾肽为 46 96 % ,胎盘肽为 45 49%。人胎肝、胎盘活性肽与中药有效成份的协同作用 ,可显著提高人胎肝、胎盘的抗白血病作用 ,与单纯提取物比较 ,抑制作用显著增强 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,尤其小檗胺与胎盘肽协同抗白血病作用突出 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。但是胎脾肽与三种中药均无协同作用。结论 :来自不同组织的人胚胎低分子活性肽对P388白血病细胞有不同的抑制作用 ,人胎肝、胎盘肽协同中药有效成份可提高人胚胎活性肽的抗白血病生物活性 ,增强抗癌效应 ,这一研究结果对恶性肿瘤的生物治疗有一定的意义
Objective : To study the effect of low molecular weight anticancer active peptides and effective components of traditional Chinese medicine on the proliferation of leukemia cells in several embryonic tissues. METHODS: The inhibition rates of four human embryonic active peptides in combination with three traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides on P388 leukemia cultured cells were determined by thiazolyl blue (MTT) method. RESULTS: Different human embryonic tissue low-molecular-weight active peptides had different inhibitory effects on P388 leukemia cells, of which fetal cerebral peptide tumor suppressor rate was 74 16%, fetal liver peptide was 71 81%, spleen peptide was 46 96%, placenta The peptide is 45 49%. The synergistic effect of human fetal liver and placental peptides and active ingredients of Chinese herbs can significantly increase the anti-leukemia effect of human fetal liver and placenta. Compared with pure extracts, the inhibitory effect is significantly enhanced and the difference is significant (P < 0.05). In particular, berberine and placental peptides have a prominent synergistic anti-leukemia effect, with a significant difference (P < 0 01). However, there was no synergy between fetal spleen peptide and the three Chinese herbs. CONCLUSION: Human embryonic low-molecular-weight active peptides from different tissues have different inhibitory effects on P388 leukemia cells. Human fetal liver and placental peptides can increase the anti-leukemia biological activity of human embryonic active peptides and enhance the anti-cancer effect. A study result has certain significance for the biological treatment of malignant tumors
