目的:葛根芩连汤两两配伍对总多糖含量的影响,为临床利用葛根芩连汤多糖活性作用提供依据。方法:利用苯酚-浓硫酸法和红外分析法,研究多糖含量变化规律。结果:葛根与黄芩配伍时多糖含量为1.46%,与甘草配伍多糖含量为1.48%,与黄连配伍多糖含量为0.99%。红外研究表明,两味中药配伍时有多糖特征峰存在。结论:临床使用时,可增加黄芩、甘草的用量以利用葛根芩连汤多糖活性发挥药效。
Objective: Gegenqinlian Decoction compatibility of the two on the total polysaccharide content for the clinical use of Gegen Qinlian Tang polysaccharides provide the basis for the role. Methods: Phenol-concentrated sulfuric acid method and infrared analysis were used to study the changes of polysaccharide content. Results: The content of polysaccharides of Radix Puerariae and Radix Scutellariae was 1.46%, the content of polysaccharides with licorice compatibility was 1.48%, the content of polysaccharide with Coptis chinensis was 0.99%. Infrared studies have shown that there are polysaccharide characteristic peaks when two herbs are compatible. Conclusion: In clinical use, the dosage of Scutellaria baicalensis and Glycyrrhizae can be increased to make use of the activity of Gegen Qinlian Tang polysaccharide.
