1996年被称为Internet年。在过去一年中,Internet无论在国内国外都得到了迅猛的发展。中国的“Intemet”即CHINANET的开通将会大大促进我国计算机和网络技术的发展。在所有这些令人振奋的发展背后,TCP/IP网络协议的普及应用无疑起到了巨大作用。 一、TCP/IP简史及特点: TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)是70年代中期美国国防部为其APPANET广域网开发的网络体系结构和协议标准,目前世界上最大的Internet就是在这一网络的基础上建立起来的。Internet是一种网间网,由于它采用的TCP/IP协议对下层的通信技术有着广泛的包容性,所以获得了极大的成功,
