本文分析了原有电镀工艺存在的问题,提出了一套新的电镀工艺,该套工艺加强了镀前处理,增强了镀层的结合力,提高了电镀工具的质量。
This paper analyzes the existing problems in the electroplating process and proposes a new electroplating process which enhances the pre-plating treatment, enhances the cohesion of the coating and improves the quality of electroplating tools.
