江泽民同志多次强调，要完善以公有制为主体，多种所有制经济共同发展的所有制结构。笔者认为这标志着我国所有制结构的探索将进入完善现有所有制结构这一新的阶段c但究竟什么样的所有制结构是完善的？为什么要完善所有制结构？如何完善所有制结构？本文拟对这些问题进行探讨。
On many occasions, Comrade Jiang Zemin emphasized that it is necessary to improve the ownership structure based on public ownership as the mainstay and the common development of various ownership-based industries. The author believes this indicates that the exploration of the ownership structure in our country will enter into a new phase of perfecting the existing ownership structure. However, what kind of ownership structure is perfect? Why should we improve the ownership structure? How to improve the ownership structure? This article intends to explore these issues.
