为了解绝经后妇女的内分泌变化，并比较有绝经期症状妇女与无绝经期症状妇女的激素改变，无选择地对７１例妇女，包括２１例绝经后有症状的妇女，２３例绝经后无症状的妇女及２７例绝经前妇女，测定垂体及卵巢激素。结果与对照组比较，绝经后妇女的促卵泡素（ＦＳＨ），黄体生成囊（ＬＨ）明显升高，雌二醇（Ｅ２）明显下降，睾酮（Ｔ）变化不明显，泌乳素（ＰＲＬ）在绝经后１０年下降明显，比较上述激素值在有与绝经期症状妇女中的改变，二组无显著差异。
