以~(15)N 标记的硫酸铵施用于春植蔗,并测定~(15)N 的去向.盆栽试验结果表明,一次施用250公斤 N/公顷时,春植蔗 F176及 F17 7的地上部对氮的回收率分别仅为13.2%及9.85,而将250公斤 N/公顷分两次施用时,F176及 F177的氮回收率则分别为24.9%及15.8%.在大田试验中,以125公斤 N/公顷作基肥施用,春植蔗F176对肥料氮的吸收率为17.5%,而F177则只为7.3%。据观察,以125公斤 N/公顷作追肥表施,F176对氨的吸收率高达45.8%,F177则为24.2%。
